We implement programs for technology development centers, religious organizations, social services agencies and our facilities in the Bay Area and the surrounding region that equip individuals with employable skills, raise self-esteem, and open opportunities of solutions through media and technology. We believe in helping the whole person to embrace life's challenges.

" No one said you had to retire your apron! "

We have a cooking session where you will learn to cook and eat things that are healthy and easy.

Most of these seniors don't have kitchens in their apartments, so the class isn't so much instructional as it is about fun, memories and the tactile experience of cooking so many of them miss. "We make recipes that remind them of home, if they have a favorite recipe they want to try, we'll all make it."
